Many Filipinos fans mourn by the Famous Fast & Furious franchise main actor’s sudden death on Sunday (Manila time). The 40 year old Paul Walker was in a Porsche as a passenger with his “experienced driver” friend who had lost control of the car and collided with a street light and then a tree.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department has reported that two people are confirmed dead at 3:30pm, but the actor’s death was confirmed later on his official Facebook page by his representative and then by his publicist, Ame Van Iden.
It was reported that Paul Walker was in a charity event with Reach Out Worldwide aiming to gather help for the typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) victims in the Philippines. The organization’s official Facebook updated:
“It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for Reach Out Worldwide,”.
